    Girls always say tall guys make them "feel protected". How about if you were with say someone that knew self defence or was trained in the martial arts, would that make you feel protected as well? Since I think being able to fight better is better then just height. But I don't know you tell me. 5'9 martial artist vs 6'2 tall guy Which one makes would you feel more protected with? And why so?

    the guys friends started talking to me on wensday, they asked my name 1 of my crushes friends goes to my church. at school if i walk by and don't say hi they will ask why i did not in a funny way as in joking. or 1 day i was walking to art class and i screamed my friends name down the hallway and he(my crush) turned around a and stared at me as i was walking down the hallway for about 6 seconds. on tuesday i was going to my locker and he and his friend were waikig down the hallway & his friend tripped him for no reason then i said "DANG" loud and his friend heard me so he turned around with a laugh and a smile on his face then they kept walking down the hallway so what r ways my crush will flirt with me & how will his friends act around me if they know that he likes me . person with most ways 2 tell gets best answer :} im in 6 grade 11 years old thanx

She is turning out to be a really good friend. Better than any of the friends I have that live near me. I met her on the internet. We live pretty far away from each other, but she has helped me out alot. So I wanted to write her a poem. So what do you think about this? Is it good so far? Its not finished yet I just wanted some suggestions on how to maybe make it better? Im looking for constructive criticism. This is a FREE VERSE poem.     What is considered Gray Magic? This question was inspired by a man, a great and well respected person, one who is a believer of White Magic and Paganism. I have a moral belief within the twain that being the combination of white and black magic thus forming Gray Magic. Now either this is superstation that is your own personal belief; I respect that. But I would rather part from quotes speaking about your moral values or how it goes against your theist or anti-theist values, but rather how those of the Pure, Dark, and Neutral Arts interact with nature as a whole and what deities and religions are implemented within this area. So please no religious bashing or harassment in general, I?m just curious. I'm not asking for the color of magik, but rather what the moral values are.

    what are some careers in art that are stable, pay good money, and require a college education? In all the career tests I have ever taken, it suggest careers in the field of art, but I never really thought that I could actually have a JOB in art. I'm no Monet, but I do like to paint, draw, write, and decorate my room. I do a lot of designs on my t-shirts and shoes and stuff, but I'm not sure if I could actually do it for a career. What are some career options, that will pay well and be fairly easy to secure a job in after college?

    i'm only 15and i'm stuck on what career should i to choose for life... my subjects are: computing biology art geography chemistry maths french english and that's about it... i do well in all of them but i prefer sciences but i don't want to spend my life stuck inside a laboratory or a desk!     When I was in Berlin two years ago I stumbled across the most fantastic place. It seemed to be this old abandoned building, the stairways were completely filled with graffiti and there were these big old rusty metal letters from the alphabet that you sat on out the back. There was a couple of crazy bars inside and the rest of the rooms were filled with art displays? I'm going back to Berlin in July and would really like to go back here but can't quite remember how I got there (a few too many beers perhaps). Any help is appreciated...

    I'm a 16 year old unschooler (girl) looking for art colleges (I would be taking graphic design and photography if they have it) to go to that I can get into with out taking all those tests and other things so called 'required' (SAT, GED etc.). I know it's be done before and I was wondering how? For those of you who think I need to go to school just shut up. I'm not here for your go to school and get a real education crap it's a free country and I can do whatever I darn well want to. Thank you! Thank you everyone for all the answers so far! You've really helped a lot! To those who said I should start my own business, the thing is I know how to start a business but I need to know what I'm doing first. I've read tons of things about graphic design but that doesn't mean I know how to do it. Like typography, layouts, etc. I tend to work better with a hands on kind of thing that's why I'm looking into schools. Photography is some what easier but I'd still like some instruction on that as well. Thank you though for thinking of it! :]

    I want to go to an art college. Art is my passion, manga and multi-media mainly, and there's no second thought about it. But I'm not the kind of person that likes to take orders and be a subordinate. I want to create my own buisness of manga art because I love the stories and art and maybe multi-media to sell my paintings and not waste my talent only on drawing and sketching , however I don't really plan on taking a buisness college course. Can I learn the CEO buisness on my own? Of course with the help of jobs and people that can help me. Can I do it that way or would it be best to take a college course?

BTW did he also suffer from a brain tumor that made violent and a criminal too? So lame. So what is this latest reference by Jenna all about..like she has a regular Mom and Dad? Yes..thx...I thought he was dead too...so couldn't figure out why she talks about her folks as if they are alive...and NORMAL..lol...but his being a master criminal sort of blows her defence of not responsible for her actions out the window...as they say..the fruit doesn't fall far from the tree.

    i tried to do my hair in twists, like the girl in bring it on: http://images.art.com/images/products/regular/10101000/10101801.jpg i bought this got 2b rubber cement gel and got 2b blasting freeze spray to use in my hair. i would part my hair in 3 sections and apply the gel into my hair and twist them. after twisting, i would spray the freeze spray with a good amount. the hair style would stay put, but in a few minutes, the twists come undone and my hair looks like curls instead. im asian if that helps. how do i get my hair to look more natural and keep the twists w/o all the gel/hairspray? thanks. ^.^

    I was thinking about majoring in Advertising in college. I have a creative mind and I can be persuasive..     There is a yearly anime convention in my state (Animazement), and I have heard it is a blast. I really want to go this year, but I would not really consider myself an anime fan. I mean, I LIKE anime, but I am not obsessed with it, or show any other interest in it besides the fact that it it is a beautiful art form, and some of my favorite shows are anime. And, everyone who has told me animazment is fun are really big anime fans. Now, I know most of you have never been to Animazement, but have you ever been to any anime convention? And, would you say that they are only fun if you are a big fan?

    Too Late to Say Sorry Ciaran Garofalo By now you have probably realised that there?s a lot of things in life that annoy me, so this week, I?m sorry to announce I?ll be ranting on again. I know I sound like a grumpy old man, but I can assure you I am in fact a moany dirty teenager, which isn?t even half as bad, so you better pray I don?t live to become this grumpy old man or else the world may descend into despair in fifty years time. With that said isn?t the world already there? And who is it who puts us in this time wasting miserable world? Politicians? Grumpy old men? Jeremy Clarkson, well perhaps he goes in the grumpy old men division, or is it those eco-friendly save the stupid dolphin freaks? Yes its all those people and more, they waste our time and ruin are planet, but the real villain here, the main offender if you will, is people who show up late, for pretty much everything. We all know at least one of them, and what?s worse we all know their excuses, ?I lost my keys?, ?my bus never came?, ?Ryan Tuberty mugged me outside Spar? or the classic ?I had to finish a little job? they may even try a combination of the four, but we all know they aren?t fooling anybody. Its almost as if there?s a secret society for people who practice the art of turning up late where they hold meetings regularly to discuss new excuses, but of course we all know this is impossible after all everyone would miss the meeting because Gerry Ryan would have stolen all their cars, perhaps this is why their excuses never change. I?ve always hated, yes hated people who show up late for everything, but yesterday a girl by the name of Lucy pushed this to a whole new level which left me no choice but to moan about it to the world. The previous day we had arranged to go to town at and both agreed on a time of 1:30, which didn?t bother me, when I got a text the next morning asking me If I could wait until 2:00 because it would suit her better I said yes and again it didn?t bother me. So 2:00 it was. At 1:50 I arrived at the bus stop where we had arranged to meet, I went early because I feel its rude to leave a lady waiting even thirty seconds on her own well in my eyes anyway. At 2:00 I was still sitting there, but I didn?t mind, ?any minute now? I told myself as I watched the 2:00 29a bus drive by. It was like Déjà vu at 2:15 and again at 2:30 as I watched more buses pass, I began to consider going home, I felt shown up, I hate being disrespected. I would have preferred that the text I got that morning had said ?I?m not going? because that at least would have been a little less cruel. I stood up and began to text, ?I hope you know your late? I sent the message and almost instantly after my phone rang, it was Lucy ?I?ll be there in two minutes? I hung up without saying anything and taught ?I won?t? but quickly snapped out of this demented taught and gave Lucy the benefit of the doubt. Sure enough two minutes later Lucy arrive, I put my head down and tried not to look at her and keep a serious face to let her know I was pretty angry. I failed, I forgot Lucy finds my serious face ludicrously funny and she began to laugh in her strangely loveable kind of way, ?Sorry? she said, I raised my head trying to stay serious looking but when I seen her long blonde hair and big beautiful brown eyes I smiled. ?I got out of bed at 1.00 I taught I could be ready in an hour? she explained. She might has well told me a man from NASA asked her to test drive his new space shuttle. But now that she was here with me I couldn?t tell her off, just the notion that someone as beautiful as her would want to spend time with someone like me was shocking. In town I tried many times to get my own back on her for making me wait forty minutes in the cold, I did this by pointing out girls which I found attractive, all of which had something to do with the perfect Von but Lucy wouldn?t pick up on this, there was no way I would ever make her feel how I felt for those horrible minutes that felt like hours I wasted waiting on her. Well its getting late now, and I want to watch the Late Late Show, which I can assure you will be on on time. Ciaran Garofalo Could you please reply to me and let me know if theres any potential there, im 16 and torn between a career choice writing or radio, it would mean alot to me if you took you time to read this and get back to me, or it would be fantastic if you could perhaps publish it in your paper as an experiment.     If I were to say that I don't like asian or black women, the reaction would be "Oh well,that's your preference!" or something like that. But when I tell people I don't like white girls its "How do you not like white girls" and "What kind of girls do you like then?" Like white girls are the only attractive girls on earth (which annoys me because I don't find them attractive at all.) They're so bland!! I LOVE black, persian and latina girls but it seems that people expect me to want to date White girls, like their the ultimate prize or something. lol. I've been approached by white girls and they get offended by the fact that you don't think they are attractive or don't want to get in their pants. Like this girl in my Art class. She talked to me. I talked to her back but I guess I didn't didn't take enough interest in her because now she gives me dirty looks whenever I see her. I wasn't rude or anything. I don't care thought, I've got a cute persian girlfriend and we just laugh about it

    I have my Masters and have worked with K-2 in Language Arts, as well as tutoring an ESL student in Avon,ohio at the Middle School level. What opportunities are available?

    I plan on going to SCAD (Savanah College Of Art and Design) and it's not cheap. If I did join the National Guard it would be only for the money and to get in shape. How much money would I be getting from the National Guard? Also I think it would be awesome to stay local and help the states, but would there be a chance of going to Iraq? How high of a chance if so? Would there be anything a creative person could do in the National Guard? I know there are careers. Would there be a career for an artist?< >
