What's a good directx 10 video card that will fit the HP slimline s3323w PC. The pci-e slot looks a little smaller than a standard size opening. Any suggestions? What's a good directx 10 video card that will fit the HP slimline s3323w PC. The pci-e slot looks a little smaller than a standard size opening so I know i'll be needing a low profile one. Also, I know power consumption can be an issue as well. Any suggestions? I have a XFX 8600 GT in my fullsize desktop and its pretty loud. I want something more quiet for this mini PC. I was thinking of going back to a EVGA card but on newegg they don't show power draw... This is why i'm asking if there is anyone out there that has already upgraded and had good results.

  9. Resolved Question: Sims 2 Deluxe freezes randomly!?
  10. 19 Apr 2008 at 4:19pm
My Sims 2 Deluxe doesn't work very well on my laptop. At times, when I try to open a house it will act like its going to work, but then the background will be black. It freezes if a Sim is "having a baby". It freezes when I try to create a family. My friend has the same laptop as me and his Sims 2 Deluxe works great! The only thing I can think of that may not meet the system requirements would be the video card. Would the game still run a little like I explained if my video card is below standard? What else could the problem be? Please help me!

Where is he now that his beloved ANC are supporting a mad Despot who stands condemned in the civilised World. Double standards? Stephanie - Tutu is apolitical? I would suggest you read your history with regard to his activism in the ANC and support for Communism. In reality he is a deluded and senile old fart who shouldnt open his mouth on any subject.

  15. Resolved Question: How many Athiest's feel they are smarter than Albert Einst...
  16. 17 Apr 2008 at 11:03pm
Here is a list of mental Gladiators of faith. Thank God they never made the "A" list. Nicholas Copernicus (1473-1543) Copernicus was the Polish astronomer who put forward the first mathematically based system of planets going around the sun. He attended various European universities, and became a Canon in the Catholic church in 1497. His new system was actually first presented in the Vatican gardens in 1533 before Pope Clement VII who approved, and urged Copernicus to publish it around this time. Copernicus was never under any threat of religious persecution - and was urged to publish both by Catholic Bishop Guise, Cardinal Schonberg, and the Protestant Professor George Rheticus. Copernicus referred sometimes to God in his works, and did not see his system as in conflict with the Bible. Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1627) Bacon was a philosopher who is known for establishing the scientific method of inquiry based on experimentation and inductive reasoning. In De Interpretatione Naturae Prooemium, Bacon established his goals as being the discovery of truth, service to his country, and service to the church. Although his work was based upon experimentation and reasoning, he rejected atheism as being the result of insufficient depth of philosophy, stating, "It is true, that a little philosophy inclineth man?s mind to atheism, but depth in philosophy bringeth men's minds about to religion; for while the mind of man looketh upon second causes scattered, it may sometimes rest in them, and go no further; but when it beholdeth the chain of them confederate, and linked together, it must needs fly to Providence and Deity." (Of Atheism) Johannes Kepler (1571-1630) Kepler was a brilliant mathematician and astronomer. He did early work on light, and established the laws of planetary motion about the sun. He also came close to reaching the Newtonian concept of universal gravity - well before Newton was born! His introduction of the idea of force in astronomy changed it radically in a modern direction. Kepler was an extremely sincere and pious Lutheran, whose works on astronomy contain writings about how space and the heavenly bodies represent the Trinity. Kepler suffered no persecution for his open avowal of the sun-centered system, and, indeed, was allowed as a Protestant to stay in Catholic Graz as a Professor (1595-1600) when other Protestants had been expelled! Galileo Galilei (1564-1642) Galileo is often remembered for his conflict with the Roman Catholic Church. His controversial work on the solar system was published in 1633. It had no proofs of a sun-centered system (Galileo's telescope discoveries did not indicate a moving earth) and his one "proof" based upon the tides was invalid. It ignored the correct elliptical orbits of planets published twenty five years earlier by Kepler. Since his work finished by putting the Pope's favorite argument in the mouth of the simpleton in the dialogue, the Pope (an old friend of Galileo's) was very offended. After the "trial" and being forbidden to teach the sun-centered system, Galileo did his most useful theoretical work, which was on dynamics. Galileo expressly said that the Bible cannot err, and saw his system as an alternate interpretation of the biblical texts. Rene Descartes (1596-1650) Descartes was a French mathematician, scientist and philosopher who has been called the father of modern philosophy. His school studies made him dissatisfied with previous philosophy: He had a deep religious faith as a Roman Catholic, which he retained to his dying day, along with a resolute, passionate desire to discover the truth. At the age of 24 he had a dream, and felt the vocational call to seek to bring knowledge together in one system of thought. His system began by asking what could be known if all else were doubted - suggesting the famous "I think therefore I am". Actually, it is often forgotten that the next step for Descartes was to establish the near certainty of the existence of God - for only if God both exists and would not want us to be deceived by our experiences - can we trust our senses and logical thought processes. God is, therefore, central to his whole philosophy. What he really wanted to see was that his philosophy be adopted as standard Roman Catholic teaching. Rene Descartes and Francis Bacon (1561-1626) are generally regarded as the key figures in the development of scientific methodology. Both had systems in which God was important, and both seem more devout than the average for their era. Isaac Newton (1642-1727) In optics, mechanics, and mathematics, Newton was a figure of undisputed genius and innovation. In all his science (including chemistry) he saw mathematics and numbers as central. What is less well known is that he was devoutly religious and saw numbers as involved in understanding God's plan for history from the Bible. He did a considerable work on biblical numerology, and, though aspects of his beliefs were not orthodox, he thought theology was very important. In his system of physics, God is essential to the nature and absoluteness of space. In Principia he stated, "The most beautiful system of the sun, planets, and comets, could only proceed from the counsel and dominion on an intelligent and powerful Being." Robert Boyle (1791-1867) One of the founders and key early members of the Royal Society, Boyle gave his name to "Boyle's Law" for gases, and also wrote an important work on chemistry. Encyclopedia Britannica says of him: "By his will he endowed a series of Boyle lectures, or sermons, which still continue, 'for proving the Christian religion against notorious infidels...' As a devout Protestant, Boyle took a special interest in promoting the Christian religion abroad, giving money to translate and publish the New Testament into Irish and Turkish. In 1690 he developed his theological views in The Christian Virtuoso, which he wrote to show that the study of nature was a central religious duty." Boyle wrote against atheists in his day (the notion that atheism is a modern invention is a myth), and was clearly much more devoutly Christian than the average in his era. Michael Faraday (1791-1867) Michael Faraday was the son of a blacksmith who became one of the greatest scientists of the 19th century. His work on electricity and magnetism not only revolutionized physics, but led to much of our lifestyles today, which depends on them (including computers and telephone lines and, so, web sites). Faraday was a devoutly Christian member of the Sandemanians, which significantly influenced him and strongly affected the way in which he approached and interpreted nature. Originating from Presbyterians, the Sandemanians rejected the idea of state churches, and tried to go back to a New Testament type of Christianity. Gregor Mendel (1822-1884) Mendel was the first to lay the mathematical foundations of genetics, in what came to be called "Mendelianism". He began his research in 1856 (three years before Darwin published his Origin of Species) in the garden of the Monastery in which he was a monk. Mendel was elected Abbot of his Monastery in 1868. His work remained comparatively unknown until the turn of the century, when a new generation of botanists began finding similar results and "rediscovered" him (though their ideas were not identical to his). An interesting point is that the 1860's was notable for formation of the X-Club, which was dedicated to lessening religious influences and propagating an image of "conflict" between science and religion. One sympathizer was Darwin's cousin Francis Galton, whose scientific interest was in genetics (a proponent of eugenics - selective breeding among humans to "improve" the stock). He was writing how the "priestly mind" was not conducive to science while, at around the same time, an Austrian monk was making the breakthrough in genetics. The rediscovery of the work of Mendel came too late to affect Galton's contribution. William Thomson Kelvin (1824-1907) Kelvin was foremost among the small group of British scientists who helped to lay the foundations of modern physics. His work covered many areas of physics, and he was said to have more letters after his name than anyone else in the Commonwealth, since he received numerous honorary degrees from European Universities, which recognized the value of his work. He was a very committed Christian, who was certainly more religious than the average for his era. Interestingly, his fellow physicists George Gabriel Stokes (1819-1903) and James Clerk Maxwell (1831-1879) were also men of deep Christian commitment, in an era when many were nominal, apathetic, or anti-Christian. The Encyclopedia Britannica says "Maxwell is regarded by most modern physicists as the scientist of the 19th century who had the greatest influence on 20th century physics; he is ranked with Sir Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein for the fundamental nature of his contributions." Lord Kelvin was an Old Earth creationist, who estimated the Earth's age to be somewhere between 20 million and 100 million years, with an upper limit at 500 million years based on cooling rates (a low estimate due to his lack of knowledge about radiogenic heating). Max Planck (1858-1947) Planck made many contributions to physics, but is best known for quantum theory, which revolutionized our understanding of the atomic and sub-atomic worlds. In his 1937 lecture "Religion and Naturwissenschaft," Planck expressed the view that God is everywhere present, and held that "the holiness of the unintelligible Godhead is conveyed by the holiness of symbols." Atheists, he thought, attach too much importance to what are merely symbols. Planck was a churchwarden from 1920 until his death, and believed in an almighty, all-knowing, beneficent God (though not necessarily a personal one). Both science and religion wage a "tireless battle against skepticism and dogmatism, against unbelief and superstition" with the goal "toward God!" Albert Einstein (1879-1955) Einstein is probably the best known and most highly revered scientist of the twentieth century, and is associated with major revolutions in our thinking about time, gravity, and the conversion of matter to energy (E=mc2). Although never coming to belief in a personal God, he recognized the impossibility of a non-created universe. The Encyclopedia Britannica says of him: "Firmly denying atheism, Einstein expressed a belief in "Spinoza's God who reveals himself in the harmony of what exists." This actually motivated his interest in science, as he once remarked to a young physicist: "I want to know how God created this world, I am not interested in this or that phenomenon, in the spectrum of this or that element. I want to know His thoughts, the rest are details." Einstein's famous epithet on the "uncertainty principle" was "God does not play dice" - and to him this was a real statement about a God in whom he believed. A famous saying of his was "Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind." I know I spelled Atheist's wrong, thorry!

  17. Resolved Question: Racism In America (Chapter1 Of my book)?
  18. 17 Apr 2008 at 8:37pm
let me know what you think i am going to let yo guys read some of my book Racism In America let me know your thought if i need to make changes i make some changes. Racism In America Written by:Jason Taylor There is surely no nation in the world that holds "racism" in greater horror than does the United States. Compared to other kinds of offenses, it is thought to be somehow more reprehensible. The press and public have become so used to tales of murder, rape, robbery, and arson, that any but the most spectacular crimes are shrugged off as part of the inevitable texture of American life. "Racism" is never shrugged off. For example, when a White Georgetown Law School student reported earlier this year that black students are not as qualified as White students, it set off a booming, national controversy about "racism." If the student had merely murdered someone he would have attracted far less attention and criticism. Racism is, indeed, the national obsession. Universities are on full alert for it, newspapers and politicians denounce it, churches preach against it, America is said to be racked with it, but just what is racism? Dictionaries are not much help in understanding what is meant by the word. They usually define it as the belief that one's own ethnic stock is superior to others, or as the belief that culture and behavior are rooted in race. When Americans speak of racism they mean a great deal more than this. Nevertheless, the dictionary definition of racism is a clue to understanding what Americans do mean. A peculiarly American meaning derives from the current dogma that all ethnic stocks are equal. Despite clear evidence to the contrary, all races have been declared to be equally talented and hard- working, and anyone who questions the dogma is thought to be not merely wrong but evil. The dogma has logical consequences that are profoundly important. If blacks, for example, are equal to Whites in every way, what accounts for their poverty, criminality, and dissipation? Since any theory of racial differences has been outlawed, the only possible explanation for black failure is White racism. And since blacks are markedly poor, crime-prone, and dissipated, America must be racked with pervasive racism. Nothing else could be keeping them in such an abject state. All public discourse on race today is locked into this rigid logic. Any explanation for black failure that does not depend on White wickedness threatens to veer off into the forbidden territory of racial differences. Thus, even if today's Whites can find in their hearts no desire to oppress blacks, yesterday's Whites must have oppressed them. If Whites do not consciously oppress blacks, they must oppress them Unconsciously. If no obviously racist individuals can be identified, then societal institutions must be racist. Or, since blacks are failing so terribly in America, there simply must be millions of White people we do not know about, who are working day and night to keep blacks in misery. The dogma of racial equality leaves no room for an explanation of black failure that is not, in some fashion, an indictment of White people. The logical consequences of this are clear. Since we are required to believe that the only explanation for non-White failure is White racism, every time a non-White is poor, commits a crime, goes on welfare, or takes drugs, White society stands accused of yet another act of racism. All failure or misbehavior by non-Whites is standing proof that White society is riddled with hatred and bigotry. For precisely so long as non-Whites fail to succeed in life at exactly the same level as Whites, Whites will be, by definition, thwarting and oppressing them. This obligatory pattern of thinking leads to strange conclusions. First of all, racism is a sin that is thought to be committed almost exclusively by White people. Indeed, a black congressman from Chicago, Gus Savage, and Coleman Young, the black mayor of Detroit, have argued that only White people can be racist. Likewise, in 1987, the affirmative action officer of the State Insurance Fund of New York issued a company pamphlet in which she explained that all Whites are racist and that only Whites can be racist. How else could the plight of blacks be explained without flirting with the possibility of racial inequality? Although some blacks and liberal Whites concede that non-Whites can, perhaps, be racist, they invariably add that non-Whites have been forced into it as self-defense because of centuries of White oppression. What appears to be non-White racism is so understandable and forgivable that it hardly deserves the name. Thus, whether or not an act is called racism depends on the race of the racist. What would surely be called racism when done by Whites is thought to be normal when done by anyone else. The reverse is also true. Examples of this sort of double standard are so common, it is almost tedious to list them: When a White man kills a black man and uses the word "nigger" while doing so, there is an enormous media uproar and the nation beats its collective breast; when members of the black Yahweh cult carry out ritual murders of random Whites, the media are silent (see AR of March, 1991). College campuses forbid pejorative statements about non-Whites as "racist," but ignore scurrilous attacks on Whites. At election time, if 60 percent of the White voters vote for a White candidate, and 95 percent of the black voters vote for the black opponent, it is Whites who are accused of racial bias. There are 107 "historically black" colleges, whose fundamental blackness must be preserved in the name of diversity, but all historically White colleges must be forcibly integrated in the name of... the same thing. To resist would be racist. "Black pride" is said to be a wonderful and worthy thing, but anything that could be construed as an expression of White pride is a form of hatred. It is perfectly natural for third-world immigrants to expect school instruction and driver's tests in their own languages, whereas for native Americans to ask them to learn English is racist. Blatant anti-White prejudice, in the form of affirmative action, is now the law of the land. Anything remotely like affirmative action, if practiced in favor of Whites, would be attacked as despicable favoritism. All across the country, black, Hispanic, and Asian clubs and caucuses are thought to be fine expressions of ethnic solidarity, but any club or association expressly for Whites is by definition racist. The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) campaigns openly for black advantage but is a respected "civil rights" organization. The National Association for the Advancement of White People (NAAWP) campaigns merely for equal treatment of all races, but is said to be viciously racist. At a few college campuses, students opposed to affirmative action have set up student unions for Whites, analogous to those for blacks, Hispanics, etc, and have been roundly condemned as racists. Recently, when the White students at Lowell High School in San Francisco found themselves to be a minority, they asked for a racially exclusive club like the ones that non-Whites have. They were turned down in horror. Indeed, in America today, any club not specifically formed to be a White enclave but whose members simply happen all to be White is branded as racist. Today, one of the favorite slogans that define the asymmetric quality of American racism is "celebration of diversity." It has begun to dawn on a few people that "diversity" is always achieved at the expense of Whites (and sometimes men), and never the other way around. No one proposes that Howard University be made more diverse by admitting Whites, Hispanics, or Asians. No one ever suggests that National Hispanic University in San Jose (CA) would benefit from the diversity of having non-Hispanics on campus. No one suggests that the Black Congressional Caucus or the executive ranks of the NAACP or the Mexican-American Legal Defense and Educational Fund suffer from a lack of diversity. Somehow, it is perfectly legitimate for them to celebrate homogeneity. And yet any all-White group - a company, a town, a school, a club, a neighborhood - is thought to suffer from a crippling lack of diversity that must be remedied as quickly as possible. Only when Whites have been reduced to a minority has "diversity" been achieved. Let us put it bluntly: To "celebrate" or "embrace" diversity, as we are so often asked to do, is no different from deploring an excess of Whites. In fact, the entire nation is thought to suffer from an excess of Whites. Our current immigration policies are structured so that approximately 90 percent of our annual 800,000 legal immigrants are non-White. The several million illegal immigrants that enter the country every year are virtually all non-White. It would be racist not to be grateful for this laudable contribution to "diversity." It is, of course, only White nations that are called upon to practice this kind of "diversity." It is almost criminal to imagine a nation of any other race countenancing blatant dispossession of this kind. What if the United States were pouring its poorest, least educated citizens across the border into Mexico? Could anyone be fooled into thinking that Mexico was being "culturally enriched?" What if the state of Chihuahua were losing its majority population to poor Whites who demanded that schools be taught in English, who insisted on celebrating the Fourth of July, who demanded the right to vote even if they weren't citizens, who clamored for "affirmative action" in jobs and schooling? Would Mexico - or any other non-White nation - tolerate this kind of cultural and demographic depredation? Of course not. Yet White Americans are supposed to look upon the flood of Hispanics and Asians entering their country as a priceless cultural gift. They are supposed to "celebrate" their own loss of influence, their own dwindling numbers, their own dispossession, for to do otherwise would be hopelessly racist. There is another curious asymmetry about American racism. When non- Whites advance their own racial purposes, no one ever accuses them of "hating" another group. Blacks can join "civil rights" groups and Hispanics can be activists without fear of being branded as bigots and hate mongers. They can agitate openly for racial preferences that can come only at the expense of whites. They can demand preferential treatment of all kinds without anyone ever suggesting that they are "anti-white." Whites, on the other hand, need only express their opposition to affirmative action to be called haters. They need only subject racial policies that are clearly prejudicial to themselves to be called racists. Should they actually go so far as to say that they prefer the company of their own kind, that they wish to be left alone to enjoy the fruits of their European heritage, they are irredeemably wicked and hateful. Here, then is the final, baffling inconsistency about American race relations. All non-whites are allowed to prefer the company of their own kind, to think of themselves as groups with interests distinct from those of the whole, and to work openly for group advantage. None of this is thought to be racist. At the same time, whites must also champion the racial interests of non-whites. They must sacrifice their own future on the altar of "diversity" and cooperate in their own dispossession. They are to encourage, even to subsidize, the displacement of a European people and culture by alien peoples and cultures. To put it in the simplest possible terms, White people are cheerfully to slaughter their own society, to commit racial and cultural suicide. To refuse to do so would be racism. Of course, the entire non-white enterprise in the United States is perfectly natural and healthy. Nothing could be more natural than to love one's people and to hope that it should flourish. Filipinos and El Salvadorans are doubtless astonished to discover that simply by setting foot in the United States they are entitled to affirmative action preferences over native-born whites, but can they be blamed for accepting them? Is it surprising that they should want their languages, their cultures, their brothers and sisters to take possession and put their mark indelibly on the land? If the once-great people of a once-great nation is bent upon self-destruction and is prepared to hand over land and power to whomever shows up and asks for it, why should Mexicans and Cambodians complain? No, it is the White enterprise in the United States that is unnatural, unhealthy, and without historical precedent. Whites have let themselves be convinced that it is racist merely to object to dispossession, much less to work for their own interests. Never in the history of the world has a dominant people thrown open the gates to strangers, and poured out its wealth to aliens. Never before has a people been fooled into thinking that there was virtue or nobility in surrendering its heritage, and giving away to others its place in history. Of all the races in America, only whites have been tricked into thinking that a preference for one's own kind is racism. Only whites are ever told that a love for their own people is somehow "hatred" of others. All healthy people prefer the company of their own kind, and it has nothing to do with hatred. All men love their families more than their neighbors, but this does not mean that they hate their neighbors. Whites who love their racial family need bear no ill will towards non-whites. They only wish to be left alone to participate in the unfolding of their racial and cultural destinies. What whites in America are being asked to do is therefore utterly unnatural. They are being asked to devote themselves to the interests of other races and to ignore the interests of their own. This is like asking a man to forsake his own children and love the children of his neighbors, since to do otherwise would be "racist." What then, is "racism?" It is considerably more than any dictionary is likely to say. It is any opposition by whites to official policies of racial preference for non-whites. It is any preference by whites for their own people and culture. It is any resistance by whites to the idea of becoming a minority people. It is any unwillingness to be pushed aside. It is, in short, any of the normal aspirations of people-hood that have defined nations since the beginning of history - but only so long as the aspirations are those of whites. Here is the question what do you think of it so far

  19. Resolved Question: Where can I find AES sample sourcecode for VBA?
  20. 17 Apr 2008 at 7:34pm
I am trying to add block cipher functionality to a series of VBA modules in an Excel environment. I also want to learn more about this encryption algorithm. Since it is an open standard, I should be able to get this right? But I cannot find sample source code for VBA or even VB.NET.

  21. Resolved Question: Do you have or think there should be rules against heating...
  22. 17 Apr 2008 at 3:27pm
I happen to be in an open style office where I suppose they do not prohibit eating food at your desk so that people work through their lunch (not confirmed, but I really believe that's why). I work in a very multinational tech office and people heat up their lunches in the microwave. Some of it smells atrocious to the point where it makes me sick and I know it probably affects others as well. I am a contractor for the company and in no position to send out a mass email, nor do I know anyone here well enough to say anything. Is it standard to have rules against this type of thing? Is there anything I could courteously do about this? Has anyone else had this type of issue and found a solution? by the way, I'm not asking because I don't like the smell of food (as indicated in one of the answers) I'm asking because it makes me physically ill to the point where I have to leave work at times (not even exaggerating or being dramatic).

Using an automotive window motor which runs on 12vDC, have a small panel (roughly 20x30) slide down to reveal a latch or handle which opens a secret door. I'm confident I can get the window switch to work properly but I need a safe way to convert standard home voltage to 12vDC while minimizing the risk of burning my house down and home owners not paying out cause I rigged some half ass thing myself.

  29. Resolved Question: For or against flogging?
  30. 17 Apr 2008 at 9:42am
Re: Recent Supreme court decision on 3-drug Lethal Injection, leaving open future challenges, as "cruelty" not yet proven. As cruelty is in the mind of the floggers, Jesus himself being pictured as having a "passion" for being flogged just before being painfully held up and executed by lethal liver injection of a spear-point, the Constitutional issue of "(1) cruel and (2) unusual" punishments being banned depends upon who you ask, what is cruel or unusual. In every hospital people die in much more pain very slowly. So why bother to cover up the occasional grimmace of pain with the parylitic drug, when flogging the victim is already standard? At this time in human evolution, justice itself is only viewable as reversal of crime as a deterrent for new people, and somehow cleansing of everyone's sins as a scapegoat. So since flogging is possibly neither cruel nor unusual, shouldn't lethal injection victims be flogged while the chemicals take effect? Wouldn't it clarify everything? Yes/ no. You do recognize satire when you see it, don't you? Regards, Larry

  31. Resolved Question: If People Evolved From Monkeys, Then Why Are There Still.....
  32. 16 Apr 2008 at 4:34pm
..... Ok, I'm not really asking that. I just heard something on TV that reminded me of that common question on R&S. I never opened those questions, and I got curious- what do people who accept evolution as fact say in response to it? (Apart from *drink*, I guess)? ;-D I just saw the "similar questions", but Vot'd appreciate "live" answers, if you don't mind. Thanks. P.S: This is purely out of curiosity. I think I know what the standard answer is, but I donno if people on here use it. So here you are, seeing the question for the first time. What do you answer? St. Alia- I studied evolution in more detail than most people my age. I know what is wrong with that question. I never answered it beore coz I don't like entering the Creation- evolution brawls. ooops before* (Hope my Y!A Spelling Police Badge will not be taken away for that typo!!!) reallytr- as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, I agree with you on the 'age of the earth' thing. People on here who say they are Christians but tell lies about the Bible's creation account (i.e 6,000 years old) do the Bible and God a disservice. Silver Tongue- I see you did not read my entire question before answering...... Silver Tongue- I was gonna say more, but I'll just say "Whatever". I know why I asked, you can assume whatever you like, my friend.

  33. Resolved Question: Is my Wife Bisexual?
  34. 16 Apr 2008 at 10:06am
I am in my forties and in my second marriage to a beautiful woman, also in her forties, and in her third marriage. She has two grown kids who love me as much as her. We have been married for almost ten years, and our relationship is stronger than ever. Her previous marriages ended because of typical ignorant male traits. The first was a Neanderthal that she married at the age of 18. The second was a multi-millionaire who wanted to control every single aspect of her life. Third time was lucky for her. I give her the love and freedom she seeks. We are best friends and soul mates and love and share common passions, from sports to cooking. Sex has never been better, and we are very comfortable with each others bodies and pleasing each other in the way we each desire. After I am satisfied, I take the time to make her come either orally, or manually (intercourse doesn't usually do it). Our relationship is all but perfect. Neither of us have a need to cheat; our fights are few and short, and always quickly followed by apologies. We have been honest about most everything, except me?. I am addicted to lesbian porn. If I have a spare moment, I will cruise the web in search of free lesbian video snippets which I download and store on my computer. I have no interest in seeking out other women, or viewing or looking at a single naked woman, or watching straight porn; but watching two women just pushes me over the edge! As the years have gone on, my secret has shamed me more, and I feel that I will disappoint and ultimately lose respect from my wife. I could not bear to lose her and so, I carry my guilt and shame, rather than let her know my utmost fantasies. So that's the background. Now for the good part. Over the years, based on my sexual attitude, I could not help but fantasize about watching my wife make out with another woman. Obviously, I've kept this to myself. Then here and there, I would take notice of something, that, in my mind, began to play into my fantasy, and I would start to ask myself, "Is Jamie bi?" Some of these things are?. -She has never had a great loving relationship with her mother. To this day, her mother doesn't treat her with the love a mother should have for a daughter, and longs for the loving mother-daughter relationship she never had. -She is, and always has been, openly flirtatious with men. She loves to fish for admiration. This in fact, is true with anyone. -On many, many occasions she has commented on how pretty a girl is (usually a girl TV). -She openly kisses close girlfriends on the lips when saying hello or goodbye. -Early in our marriage, I discovered that she taped some soft core porn from HBO on a VHS tape, so she has displayed interest in porn. While visiting with some friends, the discussion of porn came up. She admitted that she curiously clicked on some porn websites. -During her son's wedding in Las Vegas we met her cousin from back east and his girlfriend. Many people were coming and going (large wedding party of friends and family). The girlfriend was very pretty and very buxom. One evening we got together and Jamie and "Sally" were saying goodbye for the evening. Jamie planted a big, forceful kiss on her lips, and said "We've bonded". Hmmm? what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas?? -She has talked about visiting strip clubs with her first husband. -Once as a real estate agent, she sold a house to two girls who lived together. It occurred to me that casual friends do not buy a house together. I never asked the question, but I suspected they were lesbians. After the house sold, Jamie spent an evening with them "out drinking" to celebrate. Hmmmm. -One morning, at breakfast, Jamie talked about a dream she had that night. She described a couple of young girls "touching her". She followed that up with, "it must be the lesbo in me". -In the company of my friend and his wife, she "joked" about being a lesbo couple with a friend's wife. -When she has an out of town trip, she will sometimes "share a room" with another woman. -One time at dinner, we were talking about homosexuality; something we don't normally discuss. I had a few glasses of wine, so I felt a little brave to say, that I didn't understand the guy thing, but I enjoy watching two girls make out. She replied that she did too!! The things I described above have happened over the course of our marriage, I have never felt that these are strong indicators that she was bi, other than to add all of them up in my head, and fantasize that she might be. I have kept this fantasy to myself, and imagined Jamie making out with another woman during the course of sex, or while masturbating while watching lesbian porn on my computer. Still, I've been too scared to bring this up with her, So now the signs have gotten stronger. A few months ago, while we were out at a bar with another couple, a beautiful, buxom girl was walking toward the table where we sat. With hand gestures intended to inform the other wife sitting at the table (not me), she pointed to the girl, and gave a "thumbs up"! Then, in one evening, it unraveled. About two months ago while watching TV, we were watching what appeared to be a gay guy. She started the conversation by saying she thought that homosexuality was result of bad upbringing (a hint of reference to her mother?) Again, I took the opportunity to say I don't get the guy thing, but I enjoy watching two women. She admitted that watching two women was more of a turn on for her than watching standard porn, because lesbian love is more sensual and loving than standard porn, where it is just some guy pounding a woman. I continued to listen as she talked about how she kisses her girlfriends out of friendship, but then added that she knows how single women will pleasure each other. I wasn't sure what this comment really meant, but it was clear that she was opening up her acceptance of girl-girl love to me. I then brought up the fact that I saw her give the "thumbs up" sign in the bar. She got a little defensive and said she was just admiring the girl, and asked if I would be upset if she did that as a guy walked by. I said, "yes I would", but she is misinterpreting my response. I told her that when I saw that, I got an instant hard on. Before I could think, I blurted out "I fantasize about watching another woman eat your pussy" She went silent. Then she said, "Well I'm not going to go out and make love to a woman". I replied that I never expected that. We adjourned the conversation for a little while, then later she came up to me and said that the conversation was "something to think about". A week or two passed by when we were fooling around on the bed. She asked me what turned me on most, and I quickly replied "Watching two women". I followed that up by putting in one of my compilation DVD's of short and rough internet lesbian clips that I downloaded. She watched with no hesitation. At some point, I asked her if she was bisexual. She said that she didn't want to make love to another woman. But a few seconds later, she said "however, I wouldn't mind a little". We've had sex on several occasions since then, but like most times in the past year or so, but sometimes, if she's not in the mood, it becomes pretty one-sided. In other words, I end up masturbating while sucking on her toes, or something. Then last Saturday night, we got amorous in the kitchen following a nice meal and conversation. We adjourned to the bedroom to get it on. Now during the past month or so, I quickly understood that my internet lesbian porn collection was fine for me, but I needed to get some long, slow, sensual, girl-girl "lovemaking". I found a great website that provides that type of lesbian porn; slow kissing and foreplay, followed by sex. For the first time in my life, I purchased porn, and came prepared with a new DVD and put it on. We both lay in bed and she slowly and lightly stroked my swollen penis as we watch two beautiful, exotic women kiss. After some time, I turned to begin kissing and stroking her, and she told me to lie back, and that she wasn't done watching. So we were back at it. She continued to stroke me. After many minutes, we finally got to a point where one woman began to eat the other. Jamie then jumped on top of me, and the love session began. We made wild, passionate love, including intercourse, and ultimately I watched her masturbate and come while she watched the video. The next day, she told me that it has been a really long time since she got this turned on, and is looking forward to the next time. So, life is good. My biggest sexual turn on is now shared with my wife. I couldn?t be happier. So my question to all you seasoned bisexual women? is she really bisexual, or just bi-curious? , What do you think I should expect from here on in? Do have anything to worry about? I have heard of how full blown bisexual wives can jeopardize a loving marriage. However, I have thought about this really hard and cannot picture myself being the least bit jealous about Jamie having sex with another woman, with or without me present. Any comments will be appreciated.

  37. Resolved Question: why do some breeders allow you to decide if you want a pup...
  38. 15 Apr 2008 at 10:44pm
ive noticed some breeders will take a puppy and allow you to decide if you want it to have full registration or limited. whats the justification for that? are they just trying to make more money or is there some hidden reason i dont know about ( im not a breeder, so i wouldnt know). i am in the process of buying a chihuahua. i did not have a choice whether she was limited or not. the show qualities were full, the pet qualities were limited. i thought that was the way it was suppossed to be: the puppies who best fit the breeds standards get full registration. but i realize there is a lot to breeding i dont know, so i decided to ask. i want to keep an open mind. i dont want to write off every breeder who does this, if there is a valid reason for this. i realize, i have much to learn about getting a purebred dog. example: a breeder is selling a puppy. it is for limited registration but for extra money, you can decide to upgrade to full registration ( for the same puppy). it actaully seems pretty common online. this is NOT my breeder, though. i was just wondering out of curiosity if there is a justifiable reason for this... my breeder sells two "types" of chihuahuas, the pet quality ( limited) and show quality ( full) but to get a show you actually have to want to show... i guess im asking because one breeder told me it was about empowring the customer, letting them decide if they want to breed their puppy or not

  41. Resolved Question: How many anti-gun people have you won over? I got my first...
  42. 15 Apr 2008 at 5:08pm
Maybe I'm not the typical gun owner. Maybe I am. I have a CZ 452 Lux .22LR. This is like a "Mini Mauser". It has a long 28" barrel and open sights. I've been playing around with "ghost ring" sights on it as well. I like shooting 2.5" auto resetting targets, at 100-200 yards. On a good day, I can shoot 5 for 5 at least 3-4 times before my first miss. My friend has two .22's, a lever action Marlin 39A and a bolt action 981T. He like to use .22 short CB's (25 or 26 shots) and at a much shorter distance, can shoot about 5x faster than I can. He'll put .22 LR standard velocity LRNs like I use into the 39A and compete like I do with my CZ pretty closely. We have a lot of fun plinking. I invited a anti-gun person to try the 981T with CB ammo. Not too loud. Not too scary. He actually had fun. He saw we are not "gun nuts" or any other extremists. We aren't going to shoot anybody or any living things. Totally turned him around. Others would rather fight and turn him off even more. Why?

  44. 15 Apr 2008 at 2:59pm
I'm of Jewish heritage on my father's side, but I've never been raised with the religion. I've been studying Judaism for the past few months, and actually felt I was really starting to connect with it. I went to an open house the synagogue in my neighborhood had (one I've gone to a few times for shabbat services, Torah study, etc) And discovered that to become a member of the congregation, it costs a minimum of over $2000 a year. It's really left a bad taste in my mouth, and I can't seem to get past it. I knew there would be a yearly due to join a synagogue, but I thought it would be a little more reasonable. Is this standard? And if so, are poor people simply ineligible to become members of a synagogue?

Its not just that either. The second I open my mouth, all anybody does is make cracks because I don?t use ebonics. I speak standard, Americanized English. I also like rock and pop music instead of Hip Hop so I?m automatically labeled as an oreo. My mother tells me to ignore it, but you can?t when you have people snickering at you everyday. 48. 15 Apr 2008 at 1:26am
My husband and I are seriously considering opening up a coffeehouse/cafe. We want to sell the standard drinks, but also several that are out of the ordinary... something the catches peoples' attention. Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe something that you have come across at a local coffeehouse in your area that you couldn't help but tell everyone about. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  51. Resolved Question: How do you frighten a bank into pulling its finger out?
  52. 14 Apr 2008 at 6:27am
Friend paid off her M and S card online (a couple of hundred quid) from her Abbey account on Friday 10 days ago. It took £49000 (yes that's right) out of her current account. She found out on the Monday. Since then Abbey say Marks got the money and lost it.Marks say they never got it (though they sent her an acknowledgement of payment) . Basically, between the two of the financial institutions thay have lost this money. They are bouncing everything from her account, and refusing to let her take money out or to let her open another, She doesn't have another account and is desperate. She has gone as far as she can with the internal complaints procedure - but not far enough for the ombudsman to do anything. They won't release funds till they found the money they lost! Bankies out there - what would really frighten a bank into doing something - Internal/External Auditors? Trading standards. My friend is a single mum of four - no credit problems till now.

Im 21, in college, work a boring $7.50 an hour job and my guy friends took me to this bar where there are girls in bikinis, swimsuits, open dresses, etc and just dance in the center of the bar. I am thinking of becoming a go go dancer. They make ALOT of money at this place, anywhere from 300-500 dollars a night, no lap dances! I have a fit, athletic body and I can move. The dancers actually spotted me there and invited me to work there saying that I would be perfect. However, my guy friends (mainly one who I hook up w occasionaly), who are basically there every weekend, suddenly stopped taking me there and tried to avoid the coversation when I talked about meeting up with my friend who worked there so I could get a job. They were like "think about it real real hard first" So why is it ok for the guy I am sleeping w to gauk at the other girls every weekend and makeout w them, but I can't stand on a freakin bar and dance!? wtf!? Im not his gf and we both made that clear already. So why?

I dont understand what else i can do to prove to these doctors that my wrist hurts for some reason they have their standard tests and they go by that when the test doesnt actually cause me any pain. Anyone got any ideas i am going to my doc on wednesday what should i do? My xray is good but MRI shows a fluid collection and a possible ganglion cyst but my doc said its small and not to worry So everytime i bend my wrist to 90 Degree and put weig Weight on the wrist it caues me pain. I cant do a pushup that way anymore. If anyone has any opinions about the situation please share about the injury and the whole workmans comp situation. After they took me off workmans comp i went to talk to a lawyer but i have a feeling it will be hard seeing how there is no fractures or anything. Waiting for your responses or any questions anyone might have.

  64. 12 Apr 2008 at 10:12pm
I have over 300 listings made on auctiva website to upload to ebay. They were copy and paste type listings but I did run the error check on each item. It took over 2 weeks at a couple hours a day to make them. Apon trying to upload them their was a error saying the description had JAVA in the html upload to ebay and it wasnt excepted. well now im screwed. I opened a listing and converted the description part to html (using the source button in the upper left corner) and found and remaoved the WORD-"JAVA" and it had NO effect on the AD or listing but it did let me upload it to ebay. So I need a way to modify all 300 ads with out doing it 1 at a time. (again it took 2 weeks to make them). ANY suggestions from a ADVANCED AUCTIVA user? I just need to remove the word JAVA out of the Description area(under the html code), their is nothing to delete under standard mode, it just got copied during the copy and paste mode I guess. Please assist. thank you Chuck

  65. Voting Question: My dog won't stay in the laundry room?
  66. 12 Apr 2008 at 7:33pm
Ok so here's the problem. I am babysitting for my mom while she is at work. She has been at work for 3 straight days and won't be home until tomorrow morning. Now, we have several dogs plus about 4 litters of puppies. Anyways, my problem is that our dog (standard poodle) has been put in the laundry room with her puppies because they are still very little and are still nursing. However, she knows how to open the laundry room door and she keeps coming out. My mom doesn't believe me that she can open the door (because from the inside it pulls open) so I'm not sure what to do to keep her in there. She needs to be in there to nurse her babies but she doesn't want to stay. She used to just scratch to let us know she needs to go outside to go potty and then she'd go back in when she was finished but now, since she has taught herself to open the door she just wants out to get out. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks. Well the thing is is that we have 8 dogs in the house so she is being isolated from them due to her just having puppies recently. The puppies are caged in so I can leave the laundry room door open when she comes out and I do let her come out on occasion and hangout with me for a while but with all of the other dogs she cannot be out very much right now. My mom has been raising and breeding dogs for over 20 years, she knows what she is doing so please don't tell me what to have my mom do and not do. Not only that but she owns a grooming shop and and grooms dogs as well. She laso works for a dog rescue program. She is not hurting any of them or anything like that. Also, at the age of the puppies, they still need mom so that they can nurse when they are hungry and they need to be kept isolated as well so that they do not get sick. My mom doesn't just disapper and leave her animals. She would never do that. She has sacrificed so many things for her animals. She works at a place where every so often during the major events she puts in 15 to 17 hours a day but it's usually no more than 3 days and it isn't constantly..

  69. Resolved Question: What do you think about Singapore?
  70. 12 Apr 2008 at 11:39am
I live in Small Island called Singapore. 42 years of independent Population: abt 4.48million - Temp.: 25*-38* Languages: MAIN-English followed by Malay, Tamil, Chinese, Hokkien, Cantonese, Teochew & many more. Some ppl are kind, helpful, greedy, fast moving, likes traveling, open minded, different religions. Singapore is a Racism country, where ppl do view other races with coloured lenses & they treat them differently & unfairly. Like rich bully e poor, e poor bully e depression or handicaps ppl. Went u?re poor then u know e truth, e whole truth, nothing but e truth. Went u?re rich, u don?t c e different because ppl respect u & u?re not treated unfairly or downgraded. High standard living & better living & no need 2 worry abt anything. Singapore is 4 everyone! Modern city, peace, safe & harmony! Thank God tat no natural disasters happening here since New World Hotel disaster in early 1986, there?s many rules & laws tat make me hate it .Chinese country & laws by them. Working in Singapore means, u work 6days a week or 7days. Not only tat, overtime & rotating shit are a requirement. Kids can get stressful with school work. The education system is alot more intensive. 1st of all cost of living is high. The living standard is too high & "high" here is due 2 e things too expensive, it's because tis is a "Work & Pay" country. There is not much land available. Even if there is, it will be very expensive. To own a car is not cheap either. You need COE 2 own a car which can cost more than S$20k. To have a house, land & I don?t like e idea of living in here. My living is simple Nothing is free in tis country, including education & health care. Even u?re fully paid Television/Radio need 2 pay license every year. For those whose own a car, they are e so called "high tax payer". As once u brought a new car, u need 2 pay average abt S$50000 tax (COE + ARF + Duty + GST) & u only can use e car for 10 years!!! Yes! ONLY 10 years, which meant u?re paying abt S$6000 tax (plus road tax) per year 2 own a car here! What abt housing? A HDB flat unit cost u at least S$120,000 or more (3 room flat), where e cost of building a unit is only abt S$20,000! The HDB is earning me almost 6 or 7 times! Wat abt yr retirement? The Government only approved 2 pay allowance of S$290 per month 4 all needy elderly. Can anyone survive in Singapore with S$500 per month? Die men. When u still need 2 pay rental, PUB utilities, Conservancies & Services charges, how much is left 4 daily expenses? Morning meal atleast $10 & lunch & dinner aleast $25 a day & it?s half e plate, not enough = just say around $40 a day. Wat abt traveling 2 work & place u want 2 go ? e traveling fares = all total = $10. $50 a day. 6 day = $300 - expenses for 6 days tis much. Salary getting $500 ? where got enough. We have 2 sacrifice a lot of things like food ? maybe 2 times a day, movie, places 2 go, study, etc. Which mean u need 2 takes care of yr own retirement & don't even depend on e Government. What a life is tis? What abt e Government? They are e world highest paid Government, where e Ministers & President are earning abt S$1.58 to S$3.18 millions per annum. Just compare with US president of less than S$1 million per annum & e total population of Singapore & US, u can imagine how much each Singaporean need 2 come out 2 pay 4 their Ministers. In short, Singapore is only suitable 4 a short term stay & work. For a comfortable retirement, no way. Only those are rich, yes they can survive in e long run, not me. If I continue living here, I will choke & die. They want everything but went comes in asking help then they will ask a lot of question ? tis & tat 2 make it hard 4 me not 2 get help from them. They are saying tat e Government is loss of money 2 pay & they can go on holiday trip. I need help no one 2 help me & i suffer alot. I got alot of problem living here & they say tat i am e problem maker. Wat is tis? Tis is unfair 2 me. Pls help me friends. Thanks Rich ppl no problem coming 2 tis counrty & no complains. As i write in - you are treated well hahaha. Me treated like hell. I wish earthquake come to my country. Oh God pls make it happen Those who live in Singapore knows what is hell about and those are not - don't know the real taste of it.

  71. Resolved Question: Locking down Windows clients behind a firewall?
  72. 11 Apr 2008 at 3:12pm
I need to be able to lock down windows domain members behind a firewall. The Windows domain controllers are outside of the firewall. How can I effectively lock down the firewall to allow these systems to communicate with the domain but at the same time not open up the standards windows ports to all systems? Thanks for the quick responses, but I should have included this in the original text. These are all internal systems. The firewall is simply protecting these "special" systems from the rest of the Intranet. So there is no external egress from this location. However I still need to lock down the firewall and therefore need to identify the best way of allowing the clients to talk to the many, many domain servers. I thought I saw something about Domain Isolation or bringing up an IPSec tunnel between clients and domain controllers. Is this a possibility? Or is there another way to lock down the firewall without having to open up all of the default windows ports?

  73. Voting Question: is there any point in keeping old bank accounts?
  74. 11 Apr 2008 at 1:01pm
After having two accounts for 10 years at one bank, I've recently switched to a new one that better fits the way I bank. I've heard that it's good to have a bank that you have a 'history' with if you're applying for a mortgage (I'm currently shopping around for one). Is there any truth to this? To my knowledge, standard checking/savings accounts dont show up on your credit report. If I don't keep the balances at a minimum on these old accounts, I know I'll be charged a service fee. Is there any reason at all to keep the accounts open?

  77. Voting Question: How to improve my sales?
  78. 11 Apr 2008 at 10:36am
I have been selling my accessories thru website. My main focus is to make my products as affordable as possible. First on eBay Singapore but as they continuously keep rising the prices, I dun intend to rise my prices as well. So I end it as it's troublesome for me to keep posting my pix and have to amend every now and then. Now I'm doing it thru Multiply. My own blogshop. But still I couldn't manage to get people to convince my work is up to standard as I have been doing this for almost 15 years. I have continuously advertise it thru numerous popular sites but still to no avail. I have quitted my job because I wanted to make this a full-time job but now I felt that I have wasted my time. I have decided to do it for another month and if still I dun have much sales coming in I decided to scrap my dreams to open my own shop. Please help me.
