  5. Resolved Question: What should be done about the treachery of the Sayanim?
  6. 5 Apr 2008 at 12:54pm
You know racists, troublemakers and the downright confused and retarded often come up with the theory that Muslims in western countries are a Fifth Column which is quietly waiting to undermine society and yet, of course, 99% of Muslims in countries like Britain and USA are hard working, taxpaying, family oriented community supporting citizens. From headmasters, Senior Police Officers, lawyer?s, doctors and dentists to taxi drivers and proprietors of the vital social institution ? the corner shop! Muslims contribute. They are not an organised Fifth Column, certainly not in comparison to another a more sinister and well researched Fifth Column which has been at work in the West: spying on and often undermining Western society for centuries? It is the so called ?sayanim?. Ex-Mossad agent Victor Ostrovsky describes how sayanim function in? By Way Of Deception: The Making and Unmaking of a Mossad Officer.? They are usually reached through relatives in Israel. An Israeli with a relative in France, for instance, might be asked to draft a letter saying the person bearing the letter represents an organisation whose main goal is to help save Jewish people in the Diaspora. Could the French relative help in any way? They perform many different roles. A car sayan, for example, running a rental car agency, could help the Mossad rent a car without having to complete the usual documentation. An apartment sayan would find accommodation without raising suspicions, a bank sayan could fund someone in the middle of the night if needs be, a doctor sayan would treat a bullet wound without reporting it to the police. And, a political sayan? It's rather obvious what this could mean. Well the most high level sayan known about to date has been exposed: France?s Jewish President Sarkozy known as ?Sarko the sayan!. Exposed by the respectable and conservative publication ?Le Figaro? as one of the thousands of Jewish citizens of countries other than Israel who cooperate with the katsas (Mossad case-officers) Another famous traitor is Jonathan Pollard, the U.S. Navy intelligence analyst fortunately arrested for spying for Israel in 1985. Whilst a stupendous Israeli assault on the Western Intelligence networks was undertaken by Robert Maxwell the truly disgusting thief who stole the pension of 30,000 British people, and used to p-iss down on the public from his office building in London and yet was considered such a great friend of Israel that he is buried on the most ?sacred? spot of that country the Mount of Olives no less! He sold Israeli doctored software used to hack their systems to the ever trusting USA and other western Israeli ?allies? Knowledge of the treacherous work of the sayanim is widespread but we never hear about them? why is that and what should be done about the Sayanim? This is a serious research question please down browbeat and bully me pro-sayanim people! These are the references for the historic facts in the question: ?Traitor? ?Treachery? definition: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/treason Victor Ostrovsky ?By Way Of Deception: The Making and Unmaking of a Mossad Officer.? 11. Resolved Question: MLA format for a collection of plays?
  12. 5 Apr 2008 at 12:22am
How should I cite one individual play within a collection of plays in MLA format? Let's say I have a book entitled Three Shakespeare Tragedies and it includes Hamlet, Macbeth and King Lear. I want to cite Hamlet only in my paper. Normally, Hamlet would be italicized as a full-length literary work; however, as part of a larger book, in this specific publication, it would be in quotes. I'm not sure how to put it on my works cited page. Shakespeare, William. Hamlet (underlined). Three Shakespeare Tragedies (underlined). Ed. Humphrey Higglesworth. New York: Signet, 1996. That seems wrong. This predicament is not mentioned in my MLA book or on their website. Any ideas?

  16. 4 Apr 2008 at 10:24pm
I file a civil case over 25000 in CA state court? I have begun litigating a case against a number of defendents in a civil matter. One of the defendents has not been served thus far. Does anyone know how far the case can go into the litigation process before I have to dismiss the unserved defendent. Is there a time constraint, or can I serve him a summons anytime throughout the civil proceedings that I'm litigating against a number of other defendents? (BTW-I know about service through publication...it is a lengthy process that the court must approve of after all other attempts have been exhausted.) I would appreciate answers specific to statutes of limitations, or time constraints regarding proper service after a case has begun being litiagted ONLY....thanks!

  25. Resolved Question: Do you think the poor are lazy?
  26. 4 Apr 2008 at 10:58am
This is from an article I read this morning: For economists, the economic success of capitalism creates something of a puzzle. When combined with a relatively small government, capitalism is a well-established ticket to improved standards of living. Yet many countries resist. Why? A flurry of research has shed new light on the question. The fascinating implication of the latest findings is that preexisting social attitudes toward luck may be the crucial determinant of the political path of a society. The investigators set out to discover why the U.S. does not have a large welfare state (at least compared with Europe) and uncovered a striking difference between Americans and Europeans. If you ask Americans whether the poor are lazy, 60 percent say yes. If you ask Europeans, only 26 percent say yes. http://www.aei.org/publications/pubID.27735,filter.all/pub_detail.asp So I ask you - Are the poor lazy? RK - I have my opinions - but i choose to allow you to state yours without any influence. " I already know what I know - I want to know what you know" ... 29. Resolved Question: Read this part of my story and comment!!! PLZ. for girlsss...
  30. 4 Apr 2008 at 6:00am
I have written a shortish story for a small publication. Comment and tell me whether it makes u want to read it further: it is targeted for young adults/teens. She was drop dead gorgeous. The kind of girl that turned heads wherever she went. She had a flawless figure; long slender legs, ample chest, and a generally willowy, slender frame. Her facial features were even more attractive, if that was possible. Hers was a face made for make-up ads with her large, expressive bluish-green eyes, straight, perfect nose, and plush lips. Her head was a beautifully balanced oval shape and her hair was a soft, cascading waterfall of dark, golden blond. She was not your average, run-of-the-mill blue-eyed blonde. She possessed a distinctly unique and exotic aura about her. There was a certain depth to her, a mysterious sort of intelligence, even, in her appearance. It made Clara happy to just look at her. Now Clara wasn?t the sort of girl that became plagued by jealousy upon seeing such great beauty; instead she would admire it. Right now, the goddess was sitting in front of her, looking in another direction. They were both seated at opposing seats in the waiting area of Heathrow Airport. Clara did not care if the goddess was aware of the fact that she was simply staring at her. All she wanted was to look at her, and absorb her beauty. The girl had a faraway look in her eye as the naturally thick, long eyelashes lifted delicately in the direction of the large window. She looked wistful, and gloomy. ?Why on earth would she be unhappy??, Clara thought. ?She seems to have everything going for her.? And indeed, besides being genetically blessed appearance-wise, she seemed to be incredibly wealthy too. She was toting the latest Balenciaga bag which would have cost 3 grand at least, and she had Louis Vuitton suitcases. The large pair of sunglasses tucked neatly into her expensive cashmere shirt was by D&G. Suddenly, she seemed to realize that she was in lost in some sort of a reverie, and the girl looked away from the window and caught Clara?s eye. She gave her a small smile and picked up a magazine next to her. Clara felt good that she had smiled at her; by now she was worshipping this unknown beauty, who looked only a little older than her, which was 16 years old. A voice called out, ?Ava darling, come. Its time to go.? An attractive middle-aged woman who could only be her mother was calling her. Clara watched somewhat sadly as the girl left, walking gracefully to her mother with her silky blonde hair swaying behind her.

  34. 3 Apr 2008 at 10:59pm
A qualyifying child is needed for head of household status and has an age test. A qualifying relative definition states not a qualifying child test, I read Publication 17 and it states your child can be a qualifying relative at any age. It goes on to state that if your child is a qualify child it cannot be your qualifying relative. As my adult child is not my qualifying child and can be treated as a qualifying relative, I can take her as a dependent exemption if she meets all of the other tests to be a qualifying relative. Tax Cut also seems to agree with this. Any thoughts?

I've recently read Rangers Apprentice, and finished 1-4 (in canada) in 3 days. Being the bored person I am, I began looking to see if there was any other ones in the series. To my disgust, John flanagon is writing the eighth book! WTF? Turns out that the publishers decided to make a 8 month interval between publications to "keep the suspense up". I am now looking for Ebook versions of these, free preferably, but I will pay if I have to (c'mon, Im asian, give me some slack). Anyone know good site for eBooks? (eBooks of copyrighted books is the best, anyone who gives me a working site will automatically recieve a best answer)

  42. 3 Apr 2008 at 6:53pm
The first one is 'Oliver Twist' It's a small red hardback book, it's a plain cover and has the title on the spine in gold.. Inside it has alot of illustrations by 'F.W. Burford'. It looks like it has something stamped on the inside of the cover but its worn and I can't tell all of the letters.. ' R. ?. ?. Richard ' - Or something like that. It has no publication page and no dates anywhere in the book, right at the back 'Collins' Clear-type press, London & Glasgow'. The one I'm more interested in is the next one. On the front it has 'The works of Charles Dickens Household Edition' 'Christmas Books' 'London Chapman & Hall 193 Piccadilly' and illustrations of people - all in gold. It's hardback and dark green and has patterns on the front too in black. It has the stories: A christmas carol, The chimes, The cricket on the hearth, the battle of life, the haunted man. This has no publication page either and no dates at all. Has alot of illustraitions by F Barnard. From searching on the internet myself all I can find is that it's from about 1870-79 and that it was a part of a collection I think. I found stuff about other books in the collection, but nothing at all about the Christmas Stories book. I'm wondering if it's a first edition and if there is anyway possible of finding that out. I own them.

  47. Resolved Question: For the evolution theory....?
  48. 3 Apr 2008 at 1:20pm
Development of a Simple Theory by the Scientific Method: Observation: Every swan I've ever seen is white. Hypothesis: All swans must be white. Test: A random sampling of swans from each continent where swans are indigenous produces only white swans. Publication: "My global research has indicated that swans are always white, wherever they are observed." Verification: Every swan any other scientist has ever observed in any country has always been white. Theory: All swans are white. Prediction: The next swan I see will be white. Now my question is, to better understand this, can anybody put the same thing down using the Theory of Evolution, instead of using white swans.....? I know there are black swans....I asking this because I read it from this site http://wilstar.com/theories.htm (bottom of the page) and was seeing if you could imply the same thing they used for the swan theory to the theory of Evolution....thats all.

  62. 2 Apr 2008 at 6:47pm
I have my references page which is fine, but I'm supposed to cite my sources during my speech anytime I speak of something I pulled from their website, so I put for example: (US Congress website, Jan.2008) My teacher sends it back telling me I must do it as follows:author's last name, date of publication). I have no idea the author's names of the material on government website, nor the actual date of publication, just the date I accessed the material. How do I accurately cite then? Also, she notes that the punctuation goes afer the citation, not before. I put the period after the parenthesis, am I missing something else here? What does she mean? She won't answer back my email. Thanks!

  83. Resolved Question: What individuals represented the "reforming spirit"?
  84. 1 Apr 2008 at 1:30pm
Research and select at least eight people and events that represent your category. For example, if you selected "Reforming Spirit" you should consider: What individuals represented the "reforming spirit?" What events represented the "reforming spirit?" Events can be many things, including meetings, ongoing occurrences (e.g., the Underground Railroad), passage of laws, publications, and popular trends. Each individual must have a year associated with the person. It is acceptable to use a time range (e.g., 1830-1834) particularly for people and ongoing events.

http://www.taxfoundation.org/publications/show/22917.html Mar 18, 2008 - A new study from the Tax Foundation, a NONPARTISAN tax research group in Washington, shows that most American states tax job providers at a higher rate than any other country in the developed world. "Tax competition for jobs and investment is fierce, and the U.S. continues to fall further and further behind. Our states should be the world's leaders in many things, but high taxation should not be one of them. The high federal corporate tax rate is literally crushing states' competitive abilities. That means fewer jobs for American workers." "If federal lawmakers are serious about making the U.S. corporate tax system more competitive globally, they will have to partner with state officials to lower the nation's overall corporate tax burden, Likewise, state officials should have a vested interest in cutting the federal corporate tax rate because there is only so much they can do to improve competitiveness. Good Idea Barack and Hillary, Raise taxes on those evil middle class business owners!!! Jon W, you are another lemming. Forget about Wal-Mart. 80% of businesses here are Small Business owned by middle class. Wal-mart has its own probs, but they dont manufacture squat. They buy what is cheapest so they can sell it and make a profit. Profit is good. It is how we measure success. Your paycheck is your profit from working. The more you make, the more successful you are. PROFIT IS A GOOD THING. Wow, when I asked this earlier I had all sorts of mad libs going to town. Now what do you have to say? Nothing when the facts confront you. Just keep running from the truth, and dropping insults, and then running some more.

  91. Resolved Question: What are Jehovah's Witnesses beliefs about the Devil being...
  92. 1 Apr 2008 at 8:59am
this is a quote from the WTB&TS publication; "Prophecy" -p166-167; ?All liars and murderers are religionists. Whenever a murderer is about to be executed, he has some religious practitioner say some senseless words over him, which is supposed to save him but which does no good. The Devil was the originator of Religion, and the Devil is the father of lies and ?a murderer from the beginning? and ever thereafter" followed by; ?they are guilty of blood?; ?they make God a liar?; ?they are thieves against God? and are ?Satan?s mouthpieces? (p 172) it doesnt say "false religion" it says "religion" debbiepittman: although you make a good argument, are you not the pot calling the kettle black how do you know that Rutherford was not actually influenced by the devil to cause the schism of '31, which led to the JW's coming into being? I am not saying he was, but how do you know? JW's are quick to slag off other religions but they are also quick to report any question relating to the truth about THEIR history and unethical beliefs. pot black

  93. Voting Question: Libel, Privacy, and Government Officials: Do members of the ...
  94. 1 Apr 2008 at 7:33am
What does the law say about privacy regarding the publication of information relating to government officials? As a former member of the military, can I publish a book about my time in the service and use the real names of people who served with me? Would this open me up to lawsuit? Would they first have to prove malicious intent? Would I have to get signed affidavits from each person? What if I change a title like "Petty Officer Whatshisname" to "a colleague of mine?" Okay...so far I have received two answers. Both are diametrically opposed to each other. Neither gives a reason as to why they claim what they claim, only that they do. I am looking for law, not opinion or something out of your memory unless you happen to be an entertainment lawyer. Neither who answered listed any sort of qualification to answer, and since both are on opposite sides of the table, I cannot really tell which is correct and which is hooplah.

  97. Resolved Question: How do I write off these business expenses?
  98. 1 Apr 2008 at 3:21am
I am a recent graduate and freelance journalist. More and more I realize I need a higher quality camera to take print quality pictures and a lap top computer to make me more accessible to the publications I work for. Can I write off these business expences? I recently had to file for a FEIN number which in essence makes me my own business. What steps do I have to take to file these claims? I have not made these purchases based on the fact that I can not afford them without making them a tax write off, but I am hindered in the amount of work I can do based on not having the proper equipment.
