    I have a USB2.0 ALL-in-1 Card Reader which doesn't seem to read the Mini SD Nokia phone memory card. I have a brother computer with 2 card readers but also doesn't take the mini of the SD (or whatever the logo that appears on my memory card is). Is there some special hardware and/or software I need? I'm not very computer savvy with phones/camera memory cards.

    I am trying to add a new computer to my home network, but first time doing it and finding it really confusing. It said I needed an adapter (2Wire PC Port Phoneline Network Adapter HPNA) similar to this one-- http://cgi.ebay.com/2wire-pc-port-u... but instead I bought a TRENDnet USB to 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Adapter -- http://ecatalog.flashecom.com/espec... because I figured it would be the same thing. I put the software in drive, but nothing seemed to be installed. I carried on with the installation of DSL on the new computer, but then it said that there was no connection with my 2Wire machine thing, which I thought only needed to be connected to my original computer. Did I connect something wrong, or did the adapter I bought is what's wrong? I'm really confused. Sorry if this is really long. original computer--Dell new computer--HP 2Wire modem wired (phoneline) connected adapter then did dsl installation on new computer-- all this was needed to be done according to instructional dvd

    So, I recently bought a used tv tuner card, it didn't come with software but I managed to update it and get drivers. Its a ATI TV Wonders Pro Tuner (Philips 1236 MK3). It works fine with this program called BeyondTV, but I was wanting something similar to Windows Media Center, so I downloaded Media Portal (May I add in this is a fabulous freeware program that is similar to media center). But I have troubles detecting my TV tuner card. The program doesn't detect. Please help. Thanks yous ^^. xD im not talking about windows media PLAYER, im talking about CENTER xDD thanks anyways o-o

    Someone told me that old conversations on IM's can be recovered and also that someone can bring up a full history of what you've been doing online. Is this true...or do you need some kind of spyware software on it? What does spyware software do exactly? Does it only show things that happen after the spyware is installed or before as well?     I have a toshiba laptop with windows vista. I LOATHE vista and the laptop is a pain (many software problems and I'm unable to get the sp1 for it-- i'm reinstalling vista right now) . Is there ANY way I could use restore cds from an older emachine (with xp) to restore the toshiba? I know it says that they'll only work with emachines but I'm not so sure about that. Plus I'm scared about driver compatibility. Thanks in advance.

    when i connect my ipod touch to my itunes library before i used to get something that would say buy the january software i did not want it at the time so i click no thanks but now that i want it that doesnt pop up no more so i went to the website nd clicked get january software and it popped up on itunes but i just see a OK button and no buy now butto all the time when i connect my ipod touch i have ipod updated version 1.1.4 i updated it and i also have the latest itunes version but it still does not come up does any body no my problem and now how to get that buy now button can i do it from a different computer on a different itunes to download the january software then put it on the computer that u usually sync my music from will the january software erase if i do that please help me im going insane if i dont get it

    Well I don' t have any of those special softwares that help you burn cds for parts of songs. I need to be able to burn it only with itunes or something on my desktop. I also need to know how to burn part of it and put it together with part of another song. If anyone with this special software can do it for me that would be great!     So i downloaded the latest version of itunes, and connected my iTouch to the computer, but a window came up telling me that it couldn't connect because the required software wasn't installed, and to remove itunes and install it again I've tried that 3 times already, and still get the same problem!     I have an idea for a type of dvd burning software (similar to nero). I dont have any skills, just money and an idea. How can I get someone to design the software without them stealing my idea and where would I go to get someone to design it? And how hard would it be to have someone create me a program similar to Nero? Why wouldnt they want to work for someone who only has an idea? Money is money and everybody needs it. I think my money is what makes me valuable to the programmers. I mean after all, money is the reason they went to school and learned programming.

    I finally got my Adobe cs3 software to design my website, but now i don't know where to begin! I have basic html knowledge and I know a little dreamweaver (using templates), but I need to take my website to the next level.     So, my normal computer is broken, and I have a project due soon. I have the info ready to be printed and I tried to hook up the usb cord from the printer into my laptop, and attempted to print out any old thing to see if it worked.. It came up like normal, Printing Document bla bla bla, and then it asked me to save something in my documents, why?? So: I pressed save, then tried to print it again, and then the little save thing came up again. Then, I got the disk that came with the printer and tried to install the software, but nothing came up.
