13 Jun 2007 at 11:15pm ![]() 10 min - Jun 14, 2007 http://www.c64audio.com/ - buy the music used in this video from that awesome site! Lots of other great music there too and DRM free music. Well, I figured I might as well do a C64 one as well :) I'm not 100% satisfied with this one though.. it's not as good as the Amiga one. The reason is that I made this one just after finishing the Amiga one and I was a little burnt out I guess.. got very sick of making this one almost right away. It's stilld decent though so I hope some people can enjoy it at least :) The soundtrack consists of these three songs, all by Instant Remedy - Flimbo's Quest Commando Game On (Issue 0989) Complete list of games in this video (might be some errors) - 1. Approximately 10,000 commercial software titles were developed for the Commodore 64 including development tools, office applications, and games. The C64 made an impressive debut at the 1982 Winter Consumer Electronics Show, as recalled by Production Engineer David A. Ziembicki: All we saw at our booth were Atari people with their mouths dropping open, saying, 'How can you do that for $595?' The term personal computer was a common term in the early 80's and was used as early as 1972 to characterize Xerox PARC's Alto. During this era of microcomputer innovation, the market was dominated by the IBM Personal Computer (IBM PC), the Commodore 64, the Atari 8-bit family, the Apple II, Tandy Corporation's TRS-80s, and various CP/M machines. Although the history of the Commodore is rich, the histories of the people and the companies that developed these early personal computers are also critical to the personal productivity tools and business solutions we often take for granted in our daily lives. This panel discussion is a celebration of the Commodore 64 computer and how it spawned a tremendous market for home, small business, distributed and networked technology. 21 May 2007 at 5:46am 2 min - May 21, 2007 Me playing Level 1&2 of Terminator 2 Judgement Day for c64 on winvice Another of the best games EVER made!! 26 Jan 2008 at 5:24pm 7 min - Jan 26, 2008 "The Commodore 64 is the best selling single personal computer model of all time." - wikipedia.org I came across this vid many years ago on the wire. Mehar Baba, as he was known, was one pilot who aroused instant admiration and respect from his subordinates. Qualities that prompted the remarks of one of his junior officers, Air Marshal Asghar Khan, who later went on to become the Chief of Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force, to say, "With the solitary exception of Sqn. Ldr. Mehar Singh, a pilot of outstanding ability, no one was able to inspire confidence among us." 27 Aug 2007 at 3:20am 5 min - Aug 27, 2007 Oh my god! It's Shatner! I think I just SHAT myself!
